  WAEC Extends  Registration Deadline  for 2024 SSCE Exams for  School Candidates This is to inform all prospective candidates and stakeholders that the registration deadline for the Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) of the West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) has been extended.  All intending candidates are hereby informed that the registration period of the WASSCE for School Candidates, 2024 has been extended to Tuesday, 20th February, 2024.

The discovery of his lifeless body suspended between two electric poles near a transformer on the morning of January 29, 2024, startled residents. According to reports, the victim had taken steps to pilfer the cables by first cutting the cable beneath the transformer and then ascending the electric pole in an attempt to sever the four lengthy cables connecting the transformer to the low tension wire. Unfortunately, the illicit act resulted in electrocution, leading to the tragic demise of the alleged thief.
