 Ogun police arrest woman for beating her ward and inserting firewood into her private parts as punishment for stealing a biscuit. A 25-year-old woman, Temitope Adeyanju has been arrested by officers in Ogun State Police Command for inflicting injuries on female ward’s body and private part after accusing her of stealing biscuit. The incident occurred at Obada Oko on Tuesday, June 11, at about 11am Confirming the incident, the police image maker, SP Omolola Odutola said that the command got a report from the Divisional Police Officer in charge of Obada Oko Division regarding a case of child abuse and assault causing harm. The ward, a 12-year-old girl from Isewo Obada Oko, was said to have been severely beaten, after which a piece of firewood was inserted in her private part by her guardian. Couple having sex inside police college church arrested

  A pair engaged in sexual l activity within a church  located in a police  college were  apprehended by  authorities. The Borno State police apprehended two couples engaging in sexual activity within the premises of the All Saints Protestant Church, located in the Police College of Maiduguri, the capital city of the northeast state.  The individuals, Kaka Ali Umar from Damboa Road and Khadija Adam from Ngomari area in Maiduguri, were caught in the act on Monday, February 12, 2024, around 11:40 am.  Reverend Danjuma Adamu reported the incident to the police, stating that they were caught in the act inside his church. Khadija admitted that Kaka Ali paid her N1,000 for a brief encounter.  The authorities have detained the two suspects pending further investigation.

  In an Abuja hotel,  authorities arrested  Buhari Muhammad, a  notorious kidnapping  kingpin, along with five  others. The police in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, apprehended suspected notorious kidnappers, including one Buhari Muhammad and five other members of their syndicate in Abuja.  According to a statement released on Monday by the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, the suspects were arrested at a hotel in Bassa village in the nation’s capital. The statement identified the five other suspects as a wanted kidnapping kingpin, Muhammad Sabiu, Isah Abdullahi, Hamzat Musa, Fatima Abdullahi, and Zuliat Yusuf.  The notorious kidnapping syndicate was held responsible for the abduction of Joshua Eze, the husband of Blessing Eze, who sustained a bullet injury during her husband’s abduction.
